Product Name：Cobalt based welding rod

Cobalt-based bare rods are the popular materials of hardfacing. The surfacing layers have good performance of corrosion-resistance, heat-resistance and wear-resistance.

Product Detailed：

Our cooperative factory have two sets of advanced horizontal continuous casting lines to produce cobalt-base and nickel base bare rods with diameter from 2.5 to 6.00mm. Our products can be manufactured with consistent chemical composition, less impurity and smooth surface. Customer can choose the length freely. Applicable processes are including OFW or GTAW etc. Rods straightening processing were added in order to coordinate the GTAW automatic welding. Cobalt-based bare rods are the popular materials of hardfacing. The surfacing layers have good performance of corrosion-resistance, heat-resistance and wear-resistance.

The commonly used rods are shown in the table (if customers have special surfacing welding process requirements can be customized)
