Our cooperative
factory are professional to make the welding electrodes with Calcium titanium
coating which take the Cobalt-based bare rods as the core. The product performance is stable and reliable and the
quality is superior. It has the stability of surfacing welding arc, the welding slag
coverage is good, the deslag is easy and the shape is beautiful and so on. The
surfacing layer has good properties of wear resistance, heat resistance ,
corrosion resistance ,scratch resistance and thermal shock resistance.
It can
be applied to weld the high-temperature and high-pressure valves, hot cutting
edges, hot forging dies, roller bearings, grinder cutting edges, guide roll,
high pressure pump bearing sleeves and lining sleeves etc.
The commonly used electrodes are shown in the table (if customers have special surfacing welding process requirements can be customized)
