Flate base

A basin-wide and straight-through design with the concave cavity of no flowing stagnation is applied at the bottom of the soft sealing gate valve in the company so as to guarantee the smooth of the fluid body without secondarily polluting the media.

Full-coated flashboard

The flashboard uses Ductile Iron QT500-7 skeletion overally coated by rubber of high performance. The mature technology and advanced workmanship of vulcanization completely isolates the iron core from the fluid body. The coating is tight and reliable and the bonding strength complys with the standard of DVGW. Even if suffering of frequently extruding pressure, the rubber will not drop off.

The structure of two-body type between the stem and the flashboard insures enough degrees of freedom. There is great flexibility of unlocking and closing without any obstruction.

Reliable upper seal

The upper seal between the stem and top employs in total five O-Ring structure with there outside and two inside. Compared with traditional valves of stuffing-sealed structure, the sealing is tighter and more dependable and the fricational resistance diminishes in a larger scale.

Anti-corrosion

The body is electrostaticly coated on both internal and external surfaces by epoxy resin powder. The coating is even and firm, allowing no exposure of any iron. The middle cavity connects with the rubber sealing on top of the bolt so that the bolt is isolated from the outside world so as to prevent eroding.

Sanitary quality of food class

The inner cavity of the gate valve is coated by non-toxic epoxy resin powder complying with DVGW standard and far higher than the GB/T17219 standard. The inner components such as the stem and its nut use stainless steel or bronze, which are free from water-corrision.

The coated resin is in accordance with standards of drinking water.

Applying area

The gate valve can be applied to potable water systems, industries of foodstuff and medicine, industrial water supply and drainage and dispose of sewage as well as natural gas and gas and so on.
