Product Name：Nickel based welding wire

Our products can be manufactured with consistent chemical composition, less impurity and smooth surface. Customer can choose the length freely. Applicable processes are including OFW or GTAW etc.

Product Detailed：

Our cooperative factory have two sets of advanced horizontal continuous casting lines to produce cobalt-base and nickel base bare rods with diameter from 2.5 to 6.00mm. Our products can be manufactured with consistent chemical composition, less impurity and smooth surface. Customer can choose the length freely. Applicable processes are including OFW or GTAW etc. Rods straightening processing were added in order to coordinate the GTAW automatic welding.

The commonly used rods are shown in the table (if customers have special surfacing welding process requirements can be customized)
