The welding powders are produced
by advanced gas atomization and water atomization equipments --gas(high purity
Nitrogen) cooling technology, and by this technique the powders are uniform,
low in oxygen and spherical in powder. The powder particle size of the company
is uniform (the size can be controlled), the specifications are complete, and
the quality is unanimously approved by the user. Applicable processes are
including PTA overlaying and spraying, laser overlaying，HVOF etc. These powder can be
wildly used in High-temperature and High-pressure valve, Valve seat, Engine
valve, Internal combustion engine inlet/outlet valve, Gardening tool, Turbine
blade, Bearing and Hot cutting edge etc.

surfacing welding process requirements can be customized)
